Astrology in your Home: Valentine’s Gift & Home Activity Ideas – Part 2

On Wednesday we started our two part Valentine’s Day – ‘Astrology in your Home’ posts. Valentine’s Day is one of those holidays that if you are planning to surprise that special someone, you better get planning now!

Today in Part 2, Dolores Morford and her friend, Toni Scalera will highlight Valentine’s gifts, and home activity ideas that are tailored for each of the four element groups.

Astrology in your Home - preparing for Valentine's Day

Reference these below links for signs that fall into the 4 element groups:

Fire Signs: Aries, Leo, and Sagittarius

Earth Signs:   Capricorn, Taurus, and Virgo

Air Signs: Gemini, Libra and Aquarius

Water Signs : Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces

Facing Valentine’s Day does leave many in a quandary over what to do for their special person.  Astrology to the rescue!  The individual qualities of the elements themselves  –   Fire, Earth, Air, and Water  –  are the foundation of the personality for each sign in that element group, thus offering insight into what kinds of gifts and ambiance best acknowledge that special person and the relationship shared.

Fire Signs:

Aries, Leo, Sagittarius:

Passionate & active in love– “take me now or lose me forever”

Fire in the environment opens the door to their passion and romantic senses.

What  Air signs know: “The brain is the largest sexual organ”— Connection comes by way of communication.  Words and gestures are the threads that weave the connection.

Non-routine: Take for plane ride to see the sunset, landing to pick up wine for dinner at home

Ambiance/Home Activities:

Light and fun; flirt & acknowledge connection over dinner mutually prepared.

Water Signs:

Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces:

Water signs ambiance: Enjoy a hot tub, or bathtub dip

Sentimentalists who know the beauty and poetic soul of romantic love

Begin with water, add in beautiful things that stir the senses, and then make a place for wine and poetry.

Gifts:

Sentimental: book of poetry with one you wrote tucked inside, gorgeous flowers, jewelry personalized.

Romantic: take dancing, find artifact from ancient culture.

Attention giving: massage, cashmere socks

Ambiance/Home Activities:

Intimate, candlelight dinner, sound / view of water in background (by a lake, fountain, coy pond)
