Autumn is the perfect time for creating side dishes that are inspired by the season. Cranberries are delicious in the autumn and creating your favorite sides like this Harvest Ripened Cranberry Sauce recipe to serve with your favorite meal. Harvest Ripened Cranberry Sauce

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Yields: 10 servings
1 pound thawed frozen cranberries
1 cup coconut, flaked
1 and half cup pecans, chopped
1-cup orange marmalade
½-cup fresh water

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
At 350 degrees, bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until cranberries get tender.
Serve cold or warm as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
