I’ve been meaning to get back in here for months to let you know I tried this recipe (on Christmas :) and it got rave reviews. Now I measure out the dry ingredients into two large mason jars and store them in the pantry so it’s super fast to whip up these waffles anytime (simply mix wet and dry ingredients). Additionally, I use buttermilk instead of the fat-free milk. Thanks for sharing my “new favorite” recipe.
