“The World is a book, and those who do not travel read only a page.” by Saint Augustine
Human beings are all wanderers. It’s our human nature that we love to go from one place to another. This is not mainly for survival but for pleasure and fulfillment of oneself. Traveling brings us new experiences to enrich our lives. These are opportunities to learn and develop through interaction from different places and through traveling.

However, there are some people who seemed to travel less – others not at all. They have their own reasons or excuses but not all are valid. Of course, you are given the benefit of the doubt for not travelling abroad. Here are five travel excuses that are preventing you from seeing the world:
“I can’t afford to travel abroad.”
This is one of the common reasons preventing people from seeing the world. The cost of transportation, accommodation, food and other fees are way off your budget. However, this is not actually true to all travels. There are travel packages that offer super low price and cover everything you need going abroad.
“I don’t have someone to travel with.”
It is a normal feeling to fear or get nervous traveling alone. But wait until you try it! You will definitely find out that it’s the most convenient way and a lot of people are also doing it on their own.
“I’m busy and don’t have time to travel.”
Who do you think is not? Even kids are busy – playing or studying. Traveling overseas will take your stress away and regain your focus. Besides, with the recent technology, you can actually work while traveling.
“It’s dangerous to travel.”
Danger will always be just around the corner. People can meet accident even when they are at home. So, why fear the danger of traveling? You just have to do some research about the place you’re going and be informed. Talking to people who have been there will help.
“I have kids.”
Well, who says you cannot travel with them? It would be fun and exciting to pile up great memories traveling with your kids. Again, if you are concerned about the budget, then go for travel packages.
