With that in mind, I thought let me share one of my favorite game days snack recipe with you. With this tasty snacking idea, your game day party is sure to be a success! If you are looking for a tasty recipe to serve to your hungry family and friends try this twist on the traditional bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich with these BLT bites that combine bacon, tomatoes, and more yummy ingredients. We have all of the quick game day snacks idea you’ll ever want!
BLT Bites Recipe: Quick Game Day Snacks
Yields: 15 servings
Game Day Ingredients:
15-20 cherry tomatoes
1 pound Bacon, cooked and crumbled
½ cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup green onions, chopped
3-tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon fresh parsley, snipped
Game Day Snacks Directions:
- Cut the top of each tomato. Hollow out and discard pulp.
- Turn tomatoes upside down on a paper towel to drain.
- In a small bowl, combine all other ingredients and mix well. Fill the mixture into the tomatoes using a spoon.
- Refrigerate for few hours before serving.
