When you speak of cocktails, the Prosecco is probably one of the favorites. A sip of Prosecco is a very soothing experience. But have you tried Prosecco with jello? Well, this is one dessert that you shouldn’t miss. You will definitely love the gentle blend of jello and Prosecco mixture.
For those who have yet to taste the Prosecco, you should not hesitate to do so. You will surely enjoy the experience and savor the drink. The Prosecco is produced by the Casa Vinicola Zonin Company which is known for its quality and remarkable winery. The inclusion of jello and other ingredients enhances its flavor that everyone will enjoy.
Prosecco Jello and Blackberries Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 envelope plus 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup cold water
- 3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 bottle Zonin Prosecco, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 pints blackberries
Directions
- Prepare all the ingredients and materials needed. Ensure that everything is clean and functional.
- In a nonreactive 3-quart saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over water; let stand for 2 minutes.
- Add sugar. Heat over low heat, stirring, until sugar dissolves, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and slowly stir in Prosecco.
- Pour into a 9 x 13 inch non-reactive dish; cover and chill for at least 6 hours or overnight. The Jelly will be softly set.
- To serve, break up jelly with a rubber spatula. Layer jelly alternately with berries in 6 tall champagne glasses, ending with berries. Makes 6 servings.
