Give a little teaser of what’s inside
To let your loved ones have a small idea at what could be inside, is a great way to keep them wondering and intrigued. Attach a small item or picture that has something to do with the actual gift and let them wonder!
Fabric wrap for odd shaped gifts
If your gift gives you trouble because of its odd shape, it’s a good idea and eco-friendly to use fabric for wrapping or fabric backs. You can use themed fabric, an old sweater – the sleeves are perfect for dressing up a wine bottle – or a t-shirt which will make a second gift. Burlap is also a very nice, earthy textile to use in such cases.

Use creative stamps for Christmas gifts
Stamping the name of the recipient onto the wrapping paper, instead of using name tags will personalize immediately your gift. It’s simple and you can really do whatever you like, stamping even small messages or using stamps with animals or wintery images.

Wrap with comic pages
For a comic fan or a kid, use comic pages from a newspaper or a magazine to wrap the gift. It adds fun and color to any presentation. You can also wrap the gift and use only a strip of the comic to compliment the package.
Let your kids help
Kids are the finest artists. Give them plain white paper and coloring utensils and let them create a beautiful scene which you can use to wrap gifts, especially grandparents would appreciate. Also, for a cheerful package let them wrap a package with colorful yarn again and again, creating a special result. Or let them help making a monogram using just yarn, wire and craft glue.
