Including storage options to the decorating plan is a great idea because autumn is the time when you really need to control the clutter. The days start becoming shorter in fall and the holidays are in before you know anything! So, it will be great to organize your kid’s room before you get busy with the upcoming holidays. Your kid has mountains of stuff like sports equipment, comics, toys, shoes, and more. Include a locker in his/her room and it will serve as catchalls at home. Colorful boxes, extra drawers, and other storage can serve this purpose too.

Pumpkins for Fun
Pumpkins are inseparable from this season. Whether you eat them or use as decor items, pumpkins will be a part of your home during the fall season. Carve them, decorate them, or use them as candle or lantern holders, they will be an exciting addition to your kids room decor. Carve funny faces on pumpkins or use mix-and-match templates to make it comic and humorous. You can also decorate them with lace sleeves and other things. Fallen Leaves to Celebrate Fall
Fallen colorful leaves are a part of the autumn season. You can do much more with them except just putting them in bags! Cut paper pieces in any design you want and glue the colorful leaves on each of the pieces. Make a small garland and hang it in your kid’s room. You can also frame the leaves on fabric or glass canvas and hang them on the walls. It will be a lovely way to celebrate the changing season.

Decorate your kid’s room with a number of soft, stuffed pumpkins for a pop of cushion-y color. You can make them by your own with a little bit of sewing skills or buy them from stores. Your kid cannot be happier while snuggling them on a cozy fall evening. Plus, fill his/her bed with a few fall-themed pillows.

While decorating a kid’s room, remember that they are fond of colors. So, no matter which way you want to incorporate fall into that room, do not forget to complement them with appropriate colors.
