Sandra Lee has done it again. Devising a scrumptious recipe that is easy, inexpensive and mouthwatering! With grilling season in full swing, most of us are tired of the usual hot dogs and hamburgers, so here is a great recipe to switch things up a bit: Bacon and bleu cheese hamburgers on the grill.

Ingredients:
Bleu Cheese Butter:
4 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of bleu cheese crumbles
Burgers:
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1/2 cup bleu cheese
1/4 real bacon crumbles
1 tablespoon of Montreal steak spice
Salt and pepper
4 onion rolls toasted or any kind of hamburger roll
Lettuce, tomato, onion, and sliced avocado
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, stir to combine ground beef, 1/3 cup of the bleu cheese crumbles, bacon pieces, and steak seasoning. Wet your hands to prevent sticking and shape into 4 patties slightly larger than the buns.
2. Cover with plastic and set aside in refrigerator.
3. Set up the grill for direct cooking over high heat. Brush and oil grate before cooking. Salt and pepper the burgers and place on hot grill. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium.
4. Serve on hot toasted bun. Spread with bleu cheese butter, lettuce, onion and avocado.
Serve these scrumptious burgers up for an outdoor family gathering or for a simple night in. Either way, you will enjoy restaurant quality food in the comfort of your own backyard. Bon Appetit! Thanks again, Sandra Lee for this delicious recipe
