The Bedroom

The bedroom is one of the few areas in our homes in which we are able to unwind and relax, and lighting you add to the room should reflect this fact. Adding light that is not too bright, and is of a warming tone can help to relax and get cozy after a long day. Having a stylish bedside lamp is a great way of having extra light if you should need it, and gives opportunity to continue the style of the bedroom by adding another matching feature.

For Kids

Kids love anything that is different and colourful. Add glowing lamps to their rooms which match the colour scheme and yet stand out as a lamp that would only fit in their room. Something of an unusual shape should be more than enough to please them and if it held more than one vibrant colour then they’d be sure to use it regularly. There are many lights and lamps on the market which are suitable for kid’s bedrooms, many of which can double up nicely as a night light.

The Bathroom

In your bathroom you have the opportunity to use brighter and more modern lighting. As the bathroom generally requires higher visibility for use of the mirror etc. you can consider spotlight bars, which have multiple lights mounted on them idea for changing the direction in which the light is emitted. Alternatively, if you would prefer a lower level of light in your bathroom you could consider purchasing an illuminated mirror, which combines style and practicality with ease.
