I am attempting to exercise more, drink more water and cut way down on sugar. I should win because these are healthier foods than I have been eating, and I could use some help — the protein powder would be great for a healthier diet, too!

My husband and I have been trying to walk every day. What made my legs ache at the start of spring is cake now. I would love to have the prize package because we are also trying to eat healthier and using better ingredients.

I am taking more supplements as I get older, especially for joint and heart health, and i have become more conscientious about my food choices and intake. I really notice a difference when I eat junk food, my body reacts almost immediately (mostly with sluggishness). I’m more aware of how deficiencies in some minerals and vitamins leads to increased stress reaction in my body. If I win I could really add to my healthy lifestyle choices.

I already exercise daily and it is part of my life style but my diet was out of control. I am working on that now and have made some positive changes that are starting to show.
I would love this prize pack as I already buy a few Now supplements and I really like the products I have purchased. Winning would allow me to sample more items and see what else they have.
