It’s good that dog plaque can simply be removed with a toothbrush and some toothpaste from a vet store. I will be getting a dog dental kit soon!

Another cleaning technique I was unaware of is the bone and toy method. It’s good for a dog to chew on these bones and toys which helps reduce the build up of tartar and plaque on teeth and gums and help in the doggy’s well being. It’s also good to examine the dogs mouth at least once a week which can save the dog from a lot of unnecessary discomfort and pain.
