[ad#co-3]

Ingredients

4 Servings

• Softened cream cheese (4 ounce)

• Refrigerated unbaked piecrust (7.5 ounce, 1 crust)

• Powdered sugar

• Lemon juice (2 teaspoons)

• Fresh blackberries (1 cup)

• Seedless blackberry spreadable fruit (2 tablespoons)

• Lemon curd (1/4 cup)

• 4 mint sprigs

<img decoding="async" class="size-full wp-image-64501" alt="Blackberry tarts with granola shells.
Image via: Flavor the Moments

Preparation

• Keep the piecrust at room temperature for 15 minutes.

• Unfold the piecrust and preheat oven to 400 degree F.

• Cut 4.5- to 5-inch rounds from the piecrust. Push the rounds strongly into bottom and up sides of four 3.5- to 4-inch separate tart pans with detachable bottoms. Snip the upper sides of the crusts to make them even with the top of pans.

• Take a fork and pierce the bottoms of each crust several times.

• Put the pans on a baking sheet and bake until they become golden (for 10 to 12 minutes).

• Put them on a wire rack and wait until they become completely cool.

• Beat lemon curd and cream cheese in a small mixing bowl until the mixture becomes smooth. Pour the mixture evenly on pastry shells and refrigerate for nearly two hours to make them ice cold.

• Mix lemon juice and spreadable fruit and spread them over the tarts.

• Put berries and mint springs on each tart. Finally, serve after sprinkling powdered sugar on them.
