<p>Total Time: Preparation time: 15 minutes. Bake: 2 hours</p>
<p>Yields: 15 to 20 servings</p>
<h2><strong>Ingredients:</strong></h2>
<p>1 boneless ham (9 pounds)</p>
<p>1 ½ cups Champagne</p>
<p>¾-cup brown sugar</p>
<p>3 tablespoons honey</p>
<p>¾-teaspoon ground ginger</p>
<p>¾-teaspoon dry mustard</p>
<h2><strong>Procedure:</strong></h2>
<p>Place ham on a rack in a baking pan. Score the surface of the ham and bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 ½ hours.</p>
<p>Meanwhile, combine the remaining ingredients-champagne, brown sugar, honey, ginger, and mustard in a small saucepan. Bring to boil and cook until glaze is reduced to half. Lower the heat while basting ham every 15-20 minutes until done. Garnish with spiced apples or pineapple slices if desired. Serve with remaining glaze.</p>
