Arrange the Tableware

The table should be set in a way so that you need the minimum cleanup after the party. One-time paper plates and cups should be used so that you can just toss them away after everything is over. Polka dots or floral prints on paper plates and napkins will represent both the spring and Easter. Rubber-stamp or imprint the images of bunny on the paper cups. Use colorful fabrics or remnants of wallpaper as the table runners. You can fill some tiny foiled baskets with candies and scatter them across the tables. They will boost the festive mood of the party.

Set the Table

Select a suitable outdoor place – it can be your roomy backyard, patio, garden, lawn or can be a nearby park, lake, or beach. Set a table and incorporate both spring and Easter themes into the decoration. Brighten the seating with cushions in vibrant prints. Catch the spring breezes with banners cut from coordinating fabrics and adorned with Easter-themed patterns like bunnies, eggs, chicks, and lilies. Make a feather tree with Styrofoam eggs and cookies hanging from it and set it as the table centerpiece. Let your guests to take the eggs and cookie their home. Apart from one big table, you can set up a number of small picnic tables decorated with fresh flowers, printed fabrics, and Easter showpieces.

Plan the Games

The cheerful color bursts beginning to bloom in the garden and the sweet smell of fresh green grass will provoke the younger ones to jump and run. Let them do that by arranging some fun games and activities. Arrange for an Easter egg hunt, hide-and-seek, sweet take-home treats, and other games. Plan them in a way so that both the adults and kids can participate and enjoy the first warm days of the year under the blue sky.

Food is important for any party and an Easter-themed party should have some special food items on the menu. Deviled eggs, bunny-shaped sandwiches, chocolate eggs and bunnies, ants on a log, cupcakes, and sugar cookies will be liked by everyone, especially the kids.
