Since I started Stagetecture in 2009 I have always envisioned it to be a place to lead people who are “lost” looking for ideas, inspiration to arm themselves with knowledge but also be a welcoming place to call home at any time of the day.  I decided that my “Passion” is making readers and guests to my home feel welcomed and lighting is the perfect way to do this. Guiding homeowners to help them realize the potential they hold to make their home everything they want has been the driving passion of mine and the drive behind Stagetecture.

Using my Home Depot card to install lighting

I always love DIY projects that transform your home, without having to give it a complete overhaul. My front door patio and foyer are in desperate need of updated lighting. My 1987 home still has brass fixtures in the foyer and an outdated surface mounted front porch light.
