<p>For the last 10 years of my daughter’s existence I’ve been telling my her there is no way I can manage my business, go to the gym, cook, sleep, take her to school and still have time for her to participate in any extracurricular activities! So when the Girl Scouts didn’t have any more leaders… guess who stepped up to the plate, 5 years ago? Yes, me… and then 2 years ago when my daughter said she wanted to join karate her Dad and I said, great! Then I realized.. oh! I will be coordinating it all because my hubby works the typical 9-5 corporate job. Where is there time in the day to do all of this?!</p>

<h3><strong>A better way to manage youth sports &amp; after school activities:</strong></h3>
<p>I was excited when I learned about the <a href="http://teamsnap.evyy.net/c/101889/265633/2550" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">TeamSnap app </a>that enables me to plan, coordinate, sync calendars with parents and other coaches and Girl Scout leaders all through the app. I can coordinate when the next practice/meetings are and parents can pay their monthly dues all through the TeamSnap app for iOS or Android devices.</p>
<h3><strong>Watch the TeamSnap video to see how it works:</strong></h3>

<h3><strong>One of the biggest headaches of managing kids activities:</strong></h3>
<p>Let’s face it, one of the biggest challenges is communication with the parents, am I right? My co-leader and I are always having to send emails, follow-up emails, calendars, schedules, flyers, ugggh… it gets to be overwhelming for us to send, and I’m sure the parents get tired of the email being flooded with updates.</p>
<figure id="attachment_80707" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-80707" style="width: 700px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><a href="https://stagetecture.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Girl-Scouts_TeamSnap-App.jpg" rel="attachment wp-att-80707"><img decoding="async" class="wp-image-80707 size-full" src="https://stagetecture.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Girl-Scouts_TeamSnap-App.jpg" alt="Girl Scouts_TeamSnap App" width="700" height="697" srcset="https://stagetecture.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Girl-Scouts_TeamSnap-App.jpg 700w, https://stagetecture.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Girl-Scouts_TeamSnap-App-167x167.jpg 167w, https://stagetecture.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Girl-Scouts_TeamSnap-App-300x299.jpg 300w, https://stagetecture.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Girl-Scouts_TeamSnap-App-522x520.jpg 522w, https://stagetecture.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Girl-Scouts_TeamSnap-App-60x60.jpg 60w, https://stagetecture.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Girl-Scouts_TeamSnap-App-125x125.jpg 125w, https://stagetecture.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/Girl-Scouts_TeamSnap-App-150x150.jpg 150w" sizes="(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px" /></a><figcaption id="caption-attachment-80707" class="wp-caption-text">Me and Co-Leader Amber are constantly needing to manage our Girl Scout troop</figcaption></figure>
<p><strong>TeamSnap is an answer to all of the communication breakdowns!</strong></p>

<h3><strong>Here’s all the features TeamSnap offers:</strong></h3>
<p>• Keep track of rosters and schedules<br />
• Log in game and practice attendance<br />
• Team and parents payments<br />
• Player’s statistics<br />
• Share photos of the group/team with parents and other coaches<br />
• Also features messaging functionality so you don’t have to worry about sending out countless emails or worry if all the parents aren’t on a social media platform to send quick updates… like “Ran into bad weather we’re leaving Girls Scouts camp now, please pick up girls in 2 hours.” – I like this feature the best!</p>
