Last night, it got down to 4 degrees F, and I live in the South! I mean, how are people supposed to live like this? I hate the cold, I hate the gloom, I hate how dead everything looks. But, the one nice thing about the cold is that it makes you grateful for a roof over your head and a heater. In fact, the easiest way to getting rid of the winter blahs is by making your home as cozy as possible. Having a warm, comfortable home will beat back winter depression, and will also be a nice draw to buyers if you are trying to sell.
