Entry #347, December 4, 2010
Happy Holiday D.I.Y. Saturday at Stagetecture! We are now into December and the countdown is on to Christmas! Today I thought I would focus on the number one decor item of the season, the Christmas Tree. Depending on your family traditions and decor style dictates how you and your family enjoying decorating the tree. At my house, we’ve been collecting family ornaments since 1987! So we have a lot of ornaments! So our theme-inspired tree is family oriented.
One of the most famous houses in the United States is Biltmore Estates in Asheville, North Carolina. See this YouTube video on tree decorating tips from the professional designers who dress the trees every year!
Theme inspired trees have always intrigued me! Whether it’s a certain color, a favorite sport, or your kid’s sports memorabilia. Here are some great inspiration ideas on how to decorate a theme inspired Christmas tree from Better Homes and Gardens.
