Easy Easter-Inspired Home Decor

The Easter holiday brings the images of bunnies, eggs, and various shades of pink, blue, yellow, and green. Easter is about fun. So, the Easter-inspired home décor should also be fun and chic, which pleases both the eye and mind.

Check out these cheerful palettes for the Easter décor of your home:

A Spring- and Easter-Inspired Centerpiece

Take a bunch of spring flowers into a rattan or bamboo basket and adorn them with a few faux birds or eggs. Place three to four plastic egg holders sporadically into the basket and put the birds or eggs on them. It will make a nice centerpiece for your Easter dining table. To make it visually attractive, choose the flowers and crafts in bright colors. On the other hand, a piece made of shimmering eggs in a bed of moss will also create a spring- and Easter-inspired centerpiece. Paint the faux eggs with soft pastel colors and create a polka dot effect on them by applying glue dots and sprinkling glitter over them. Finally, put them on a platter full of moss.

A Wreath to Enliven the Place

A wreath on the front door or on a wall of your living room will highlight the holiday essence. Energetic scarlet eggs glued to a silvery frame will create a crisp and inviting image. On the other hand, adding life to your wreath will create an appealing look both indoors and out. Create a wreath by using plants that are easy to take care and signify spring. Use moss and succulents to make it look like calm and soothing.

Transform Old Items into New Ones

Transform the old things into something new and festive. Take blown-out pastel eggs and string them together to create multi-colored garlands. Hang them on the walls of bedroom, living room, or anywhere you want. Take ordinary jars and flower-vases and wrap them with spring-inspired wrapping paper. Fill them with bold flowers and place them on coffee tables, bedside tables, kitchen islands, bathroom sinks, and windowsills. Use complementary colors to mix and match patterns.

Change the Décor with Colorful Fabric

Change the fabrics to bring Easter inside the house. Changing the draperies and window curtains will be expensive. So, focus on fabrics like pillows, sofa covers, area rugs, bath towels, tea towels, napkins, etc. Use fabrics that have bunny, egg, chicken, flowers, or other Easter-themed images imprinted on them to uplift your home décor. In addition, you can use simple embroidery patterns to give the home decoration a breeze. Frame the embroidery works with round or square frames and hang them on walls.
