Fourth of July Main Dish: Grilled Delmonico Steaks

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup of minced garlic
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
- 6 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of salt
- 1 tablespoon of crushed rosemary (dried)
- 1 tablespoon of pepper
- 4 Delmonico steaks (rib-eye)
- 3 tablespoons of steak seasoning
- 3 tablespoons of steak sauce

Preparation
1) Mix the onion, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, steak sauce, and steak seasoning in a blender or food processer. Process until the mixture is well blended.
2) Prick the steaks on both sides with a sharp fork and put them in a container with a lid. Pour the marinade over them and refrigerate them for a minimum of 3 hours. You can also refrigerate the steaks overnight.
3) Preheat your gas grill or light some coals if you are using a charcoal grill. A gas grill should have medium heat while a charcoal grill should have completely white coals. For a smoky flavor, add some wood chips to the coals.
4) Remove the steaks from the fridge and discard the marinade. Oil the grilling surface lightly and place your steaks on the grill. Cover them and turn them over after 10 minutes. If you like your steaks well-done, grill them to your preferred degree of doneness.
