Homemade cookies are definitely the best option for kids. Children love to indulge in cookies and no matter how much cookies they eat, they are hardly bored of it. Moreover by including some dry fruits or fruit in the cookies and make it a health option as well.

Another food item that you can also try to make are candies. The children love to eat candy and if they see a lot of colorful candies as their parting gifts, they will be ecstatic with joy. The candies can be prepared well ahead of time and stored in the freezer.
