If you have a daughter who loves Broadway, try a Broadway theme. Invitations can be done in the form of Broadway tickets, and tables can be themed after specific shows. Create a mock “Will Call” booth for when guests arrive to check in and receive their table assignments, and a Playbill with her on the cover. Have the DJ or band play notable show tunes throughout the celebration.

No matter what theme you select, the Bar or Bat Mitzvah should be about one thing: your child. Choose a theme that fits in your budget and reflects something which your son or daughter is passionate about.
