Autumn is the perfect time for creating side dishes that are inspired by the season. Cranberries are delicious in the autumn and creating your favorite sides like this Harvest Ripened Cranberry Sauce recipe to serve with your favorite meal. The tangy nature of this side delicious is a delight to prepare and to serve to family and friends! For those of you thinking about Thanksgiving and the holidays why not take and freeze your cranberries now and dethaw when it’s time for your favorite recipes.
Harvest Ripened Cranberry Sauce

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Yields: 10 servings
Ingredients:
1 pound thawed frozen cranberries
1 cup coconut, flaked
1 and half cup pecans, chopped
¾-cup sugar
1-cup orange marmalade
½-cup fresh water

Procedure:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour into a greased baking dish.
At 350 degrees, bake uncovered for 20-25 minutes or until cranberries get tender.
Serve cold or warm as desired. Refrigerate leftovers.
