My wife and I have been looking at getting our kitchen renovated and we’ve decided we want new kitchen countertops. We’ve looked at getting granite, but aren’t so sure about it since it would take up a lot of our budget. According to the article, granite does bring a high ROI when selling a home. I guess if granite can pay for itself in the long run, it wouldn’t be a bad investment on our part.
