Choose the appropriate date and time.
Consider sending invitations a few weeks ahead of time to ensure your guests have plenty of time to plan. It should not be in conflict with a national holiday, popular event, or anything that can compete you’re your plan. You may confirm with your intended guests for availability. You may invite them through email, phone call or a written invitation if it is something special.
Plan a menu that you would love to prepare.
Make sure that it is familiar and easy for you to cook or bake. You may adjust your menu to your theme, if any. It can be cocktail, pastries, pasta or finger foods. Of course, drinks should be included in the list.

Whether you use color and patterns as a theme, or you use outdoor influences, a theme can make your brunch more fun to attend and to plan! Decorate your patio or lanai and set the table according to the theme of your brunch. This will help you and your guests to remember the occasion. You can even have a color-coded theme. For instance, if you prefer a yellow theme brunch gathering, include a shade of yellow in your decorations, utensils, table cloths or you can even suggest your guests to wear something yellow.
