Venue
Planning a party should start at the place where you intend to organize the party. For some, a summer party can be done at the beach, forest camp and other outdoor location. However, you do not have to go further and spend a lot on the venue. Consider your patio, garage, backyard and swimming pool as the perfect place to be. With just a little of creativity and decorations, your space at home will become an excellent venue for a summer party. You may also consider places like parks, community area and even a neighborhood clubhouse can be the perfect spot.
Food
There is no doubt that the food is the cream of the crop in any party – the centerpiece. You can compare the costs of time and money if you cook or hire a caterer. You can also consider a potluck system wherein your visitors can bring their food contribution to the party. It can be assigned to a particular person or family to ensure variety of food available. With regards to utensils, there are lots of choices in a budget store that looks nice but cheap such as plastic wares and paper napkins.
