How to Perfect a Slow Cooker Blueberry Cobbler

Slow Cooker Dessert: Berry Cobbler Recipe Ingredients:
1 cup + 1/4 cup sifted all purpose flour
1-cup sugar
1-teaspoon baking powder
½-teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 lightly beaten egg
¼-cup milk
2-tablespoon cooking oil
A pinch of salt
2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries, thawed
2 cups frozen or fresh blueberries, thawed or use 4 cups blueberries and omit raspberries
Easy Blueberry Cobbler Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix 1-cup flour, baking powder, 2 tablespoons sugar, and cinnamon. Add egg, oil and milk, and stir until moistened and thick.
2. Coat a slow cooker with cooking spray and spread the batter evenly.
3. In a separate bowl, mix salt, remaining sugar and flour. Add blueberries and raspberries and toss to coat. Spread over batter.
4. With a covered lid, cook on high heat for 2 hours or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Serve with frozen yogurt or vanilla ice cream, if desired.
