Monogrammed Furniture and Accents
This idea is very easy and will take you no time to do. First get an accent pillow or set of accent pillows (2). Then print out a letter from your name. It could be the first letter in your first, last or middle name. (If it’s for someone else like your children then same concepts just flip it to fit their names) After you have printed out a letter that will comfortably fit into the center of the pillow, cut out the letter and then you should have a stencil left over. Place the stencil over the center of the pillow and spray paint over the stencil with whatever color you decide to choose. And voila you have your very own monogramed pillow or pillows. This same idea can be used on chairs, rugs, cloths, blankets etc.

Monogram ideas for the Dishes
Maybe you are having trouble with everyone taking your favorite mug in the house and need to put an end to it. Then this idea is all yours. Purchase a few mugs, scissors, tape, graphite transfer paper, Black Pebeo Porcelaine Pen in Fine Point and sheet of the person’s initials that you plan on using for the mugs. Then cut out an initial and a piece or transfer paper, tape the initial and the transfer paper (dark side down) to the mug. Next, trace the initial with any pen or pencil, a light outline will suffice. Once the first outline has been made, remove the cut-out and transfer paper and take the Porcelaine pen then begin tracing over the lines of the initial and be sure to make the edges nice and thick, then fill in the letter with sketchy strokes. Once the letter has been done let it sit for 24 hours, then bake it at 300 degrees for 35 minutes. Don’t worry about the graphite residue it will wipe off even after they’re done baking. You can even do this idea as a gifting idea just put the letters of the people you want to give the mugs to and fill their mugs with candy, cocoa mix or any other treats!

Outdoor Mats
How about right in front of your door for all to adore? Take a simple and plain looking outdoor mat and place a standard glass plate in the center of the mat to draw a circle with an expo pen. This will help to keep the size of the letter in proportion and grounded. Then take a stencil of the letter you would like to use for the mat and the same expo pen to trace out the letter on the mat. After the letter has been traced, use acrylic craft paint and an artist brush to fill in the letter and thicken the circle. Then letter it dry and ta-da for the world to see.
