Having great artwork is one thing but displaying your artwork in a beautiful layout is another. There’s no doubt that artwork can transform a simple background into an attractive corner. Consider these three different ways to display your favorite artwork and make the most of what you have:

Shadow boxes

The shadow boxes make your artwork look elegant and pleasing to the eye. You can actually play with the style, color and design. This makes it very flexible on whatever theme you think of. Aside from its magnificent looks, the shadow boxes can also help preserve your artworks from dust, dirt and other external issues.

Symmetrically grouped

This is probably the best way to display your artworks. However, you have to be very careful in choosing the right artworks. This idea works on symmetry. There should be balance and proportion. So you have to make sure that your artworks are evenly distributed to appreciate the beauty of a symmetrically grouped masterpiece.

Randomly grouped

If you’re into fancy or abstract, you should go for randomly display artworks. Your goal is to have your artworks assigned to an empty space randomly. But you have to be very careful in your random display of artworks so it will not look like a mess. With randomly grouped artworks, viewers will definitely find it interesting and attractive.

Take your time in planning for the best way you can display your artwork. It will help if you do some trials and have some drafts before you have it fixed. Whichever layout you decide, don’t feel like you have to be married to the layout. Try it out for a few days, then switch to another layout – your options are limitless.
