Festive Thanksgiving Activities – “What are you Thankful For?”

Entry #779, November 24, 2011

Happy Thanksgiving Stagetecture fans! Today is the day that we celebrate what we are thankful for and appreciate our friends and family. This year at my house, I suggested to my family that we all think of what we are thankful for, and go around the table and talk about it. I think this is a great idea, especially with kids, so they learn that Thanksgiving isn’t only about the gigantic dinner!

Family fun activity for Thanksgiving

I found this fun activity for kids and adults alike, that you can display “What are you thankful four” for the holiday weekend around your home from Family Fun.

What are you thanful “four”?

For a festive way to display your family’s Thankful Fours throughout the holiday weekend, punch holes in each one, tie on a ribbon or string, and hang your creations from a light fixture, along a banister, or in a window.

From my family to yours, Happy Thanksgiving!
