Making a small bathroom look bigger and highly functional requires careful planning, but it is not an impossible feat. Below are incredible tips to help you achieve this.
Shower baths definitely provide more space in the particular room, saving precious floorspace. An already large bathroom may be easy to decorate because there is enough room to put all the necessities and essentials in, but that is not so for smaller bathrooms. Very small homes and tight apartments usually have extremely small bathrooms that require some added creativity. In either case, it requires a good and thorough plan, taking advantage of all that is available to us.

Firstly, it is important to inspect the pipes
This will determine whether they can remain in their current location or have to be moved to suit the new look. The key to creating a functional bathroom is to use every square inch available to the best of your ability. Is space management that really counts in small spaces, especially. That means finding clever storage solutions which will immediately remove and reduce clutter. It will also ensure having a more organized space where every item can easily be found.
Baths & Showers
Baths can take up a lot of space, so it is best to use a d-shaped shower enclosure which tucks into a corner of a small bathroom. There are different sizes available at quite affordable prices. In addition to freeing up some floor space, it will also make your bathroom feel a lot bigger. To further ensure this happens, opt for frameless shower doors. Also, it gives the feeling of more space when showering, making it a more comfortable and pleasant and experience.

Colors
Dark colors naturally make the room feel smaller, so it is best to use lighter colors. Use these light colors on the tiling, the accessories, and the bathroom furniture. Try to use more mirrors to give the feeling that the space is even larger than it already is.
Storage
Finally try to incorporate storage into as many items as possible. For example choose a bathroom cabinet instead of a bathroom mirror. Combine that with a wooden vanity unit instead of just a regular ceramic basin with pedestal and you have eradicated the need to get extra storage in your bathroom, which ultimately would take up space you don’t have!
