If you’re like me, or thousands of other allergy sufferers the thought of gardening comes with a grimace. I, personally loved getting out in the yard until seasonal allergies kept me stuffy and sneezing days later. I was surprised to hear there are flowers that are allergen free
for your yard. Now you can enjoy the outdoors, with less regret days later.

Tips: Allergens can stem from many sources: pollen, mold, spores, pet dander, etc.. Confirm with your doctor that your seasonal allergens are in fact from pollen found in flowers! If you’re like me you could have a laundry list of sources. Boo hoo.
