How We Built Healthy Habits with Nature Made® this School Year

Disclosure: This post was sponsored by Nature Made® as part of an Influencer Activation for Influence Central.

Healthy habits are hard to instill in your kids, am I right? Between teaching them healthy eating habits and exercise routines to ensuring they get enough rest is a challenge we as parents face daily. This back to school season got a little easier with the help of Nature Made® KIDS FIRST® Multivitamin Gummies available at Target stores. My daughter, Avrielle loved the taste and we’ve decided to start off this back to school year with healthier habits like taking vitamins each morning at breakfast and eating more fruits and vegetables at every meal!

Kids’ health starts with a lifetime of healthy habits

Avrielle, my 10-year old daughter is involved in karate, Girl Scouts, and team sports and is always on the go! When the school year kicks into full gear sometimes it’s hard to get on a good schedule. It’s easy to fall into the quick food meals because of our busy schedule and that isn’t healthy for her or for me. So we’ve committed this school year to getting back on track with a healthy start to the day with Nature Made®. Their KIDS FIRST® vitamins remind us to form healthier habits, especially when the school year can seem so hectic!

How we found Nature Made® KIDS FIRST® at our Target store

We are in Target probably more than we should! 🙂 Finding the Nature Made® products were easy, right under the “Kids Vitamins” sign in our store. There’s a variety of flavors and the different gummies are “Yummy yummy” – as Avrielle put it.

Here’s what Avrielle liked about the vitamins:

  • The flavor! Avrielle said other gummies vitamins in the past got hard after a few days and these stay soft and delicious.
  • The gummies multivitamins are available in: Orange, Cherry & Mixed Berry flavors.
  • She never forgets to take them. This point is the best for me because of the taste she’s developed a healthy habits routine.

I was happy to see Nature Made® Gummies are made with:

  • All-natural fruit flavors
  • Contain no synthetic dyes,
  • No preservatives
  • No yeast
  • No gluten

Our Back to School Routine is Back on Track!

After 4 weeks Avrielle is back into her school routine with eating a well-balanced breakfast, taking Nature Made® KIDS FIRST® Gummies and getting more sleep with her active school life. What are you doing in your household to help your kids develop healthy habits? We’d love to hear your back to school routine.
