Healthy Snack Night – Buffalo “Chicken” Cauliflower Bites

Need a healthy alternative to typical Buffalo chicken? Check out these delicious cauliflower bites  recipe that are made in the traditional way that chicken would be made!! Yummy… you may not feel quite as guilty eating these bite-sized veggie delights!

Buffalo “Chicken” Cauliflower Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into pieces
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Try these healthier alternative this weekend.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Mix together the flour, milk, garlic powder, and salt to form a thin batter.
  3. Coat the cauliflower pieces in the batter and place on a shallow baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18 minutes.
  5. While the cauliflower is baking, heat the hot sauce and butter together over low heat until the butter has melted.
  6. Toss the baked cauliflower gently in the hot sauce mixture.
  7. Return to the baking sheet and bake for another 5 minutes.
  8. Serve with ranch dressing or blue cheese, for dipping.
