So to help offset the financial responsibilities, delegate certain hosting responsibilities. Such as one person may be in charge of bringing the food, another would have the charge of drinks and games; another could bring the decorations, and so forth. Sometimes you may not have everything you need for your holiday entertainment; in that case you can always barrow the things you may need. Say you need extra seating for guests, or perhaps you may need to barrow some speakers for the music to be played.
