The transition from summer to fall is the time to make the seasonal switch to your home décor choices. Adding autumn touches to your home will help you step into the new season with excitement. Fall themed artwork
Artwork has the power to change the mood instantly. Consider putting nature themed paintings in fall colors such as browns, burnt umber, oranges, or rusts. Alternatively, if you have some frames lying around, use them to display an autumn kissed leaf in red, yellow or orange.

Now that the temperature is beginning to drop, prepare your home by trading your lighter fabrics for heavier ones. Simply replace your cotton throws and blankets for heavy knits or faux fur to bring in a cozier element to your home. Make sure to pick deep fall shades to live up to your fall décor.
Fall aromas
When it comes to fall décor, it need not just be visual. Welcoming aromas like pumpkin pies, green apple, and a hint of spice can easily update your home into a fall mode. Consider using incense sticks and candles of heavier aromas to bring comfort and warmth into your home décor.

Fruits and veggies
To represent the change of season, keep a large bowl of autumn veggies and fresh fruits on your kitchen counter or use it as centerpiece for your dinner table. Not only will it look pretty, but will help you bring in a design element that has a seasonal touch. The decorative bowl can incorporate many things such as pumpkins, small squashes, apples and more. Make sure that pumpkins and squashes are of various colors and sizes.
The beginning of new season calls for a change in home décor. Use these simple and stylish ways to welcome fall into your home.
