Ingredients

2 cups of chopped spinach
2 ounces of chopped salami
4 ounces of chopped mozzarella
2 cups of short pasta
3 tbsp of olive oil
1 cup of grape tomatoes (cut in half)
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp of white wine vinegar
½ tsp kosher salt
Toast bread (optional)

Preparation

1. Cook the pasta then drain it and rinse it in cold water. Put it in a large bowl together with the grape tomatoes, salami, mozzarella, and spinach.
2. Mix the white wine vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, and kosher salt.
3. Pack the pasta mixture and dressing separately and tell your kid to drizzle the dressing on the pasta before eating.

Ingredients

• ¼ cup of pizza sauce
• ½  cup of finely chopped red capsicum
• ½  cup of grated cheese
• 100g of finely chopped ham or salami
• 2 sheets of ready-made puff pastry

Preparation

1. Preheat your oven to 200c. Mix the capsicum, cheese, and ham in a bowl.
2. Spread the pizza sauce on each pastry sheet and leave a small border on one side (approximately 2cm).Sprinkle the ham mixture on top.
3. Roll up the pastry sheets like Swiss rolls and leave the plain borders until last.
4. Brush the edges with a little water and seal by folding.
5. Cut the rolls into 1 cm circles using a serrated bread knife.
6. Place the pieces into lined oven trays and bake until golden.
