Yields: 65 servings
Ingredients
1 and half pounds ground beef
1-pound spicy sausages
1 cup onion, chopped
1 packet ready to serve rice
1 can refried beans
1 can enchilada sauce
1 pound processed cube cheese

Procedure
In a cooking pot having tight fitting lid, cook sausage, beef, and onion over medium heat for few minutes or until meat is no longer pink.
Heat ready to serve rice in a separate bowl.
In a slow cooker, mix the meat mixture, beans, rice, cheese, and enchilada sauce. Cover and cook for approximately 1 ½ to 2 hours or until cheese is melted.
Serve with chips or snacks.
