2 pounds beef stew meat

6 cups hot cooked rice or noodles

8 ounces or 1 container of sour cream

Beef Stroganoff Directions

1. Take a three and half or a four and half quart Crock pot. Mix beef stew meat, mushrooms, soups, onion, and pepper into it.
2. Cook the mixture on low heat with the lid on for 8 to 10 hours or until the beef becomes very soft and tender.
3. Stir in cream cheese and keep stirring until the cheese is melted. After that, stir in sour cream into the mixture.
4. Serve the Stroganoff over hot cooked rice or noodles. Garnish with chopped, fresh parsley if you like.
