Supplies

House paint (acrylic or your favorite type)

Painter’s Tape

Thumbtacks (any color)

Stretched canvas (you can get more than one for different art projects)

Procedure

• Paint your canvas. To create a beautiful design, choose paint color that contrasts with the color of the thumbtacks (For example, you can use brass thumbtacks and blue paint).
• Use the painter’s tape to create a design. Make diagonal lines on one edge of the canvas and space them.
• Affix the thumbtacks in the gaps created by the tape.
• Peel off the tape slowly.
• Your art project is done!
