Spinach salad is a great way to increase your vegetable intake. Lightly tossing it with your favorite toppings such as raspberry jam or warm maple syrup can quickly dress up a regular vegetable salad. We point you a healthy salad recipe with nutritious spinach, fresh raspberry, and kiwis.
Crunchy Raspberry & Spinach Salad

Preparation time: 10-15 minutes
Yields: 4-6 servings
Ingredients
2 tablespoons raspberry jam
2 tablespoons raspberry vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
8 cups spinach, fresh and torn into pieces
¾ cup chopped, toasted almonds or walnuts
1-cup fresh raspberries
3 Kiwis, peeled and sliced

Procedure
For dressing, combine jam and vinegar in a blender or small bowl. Add oil in thin stream. Blend well.
In a large salad bowl, gently mix spinach, ½ of raspberries, ½ of kiwi’s, ½ of almonds or walnuts. Top with remaining ingredients (1/2 of raspberries, kiwis, and nuts.) Drizzle with dressing and serve.
Merging sweet raspberries with earthy elements of spinach is a mouthwatering combo. Try this healthy salad for a light dinner or just pack some for a quick lunch on the go!
