Ingredients

2 1/2 pounds chicken (wings preferable)

1-1/2 tsp dried rosemary

1-1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp cumin, finely ground

1/2 tsp table salt

1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

2 tbsp  olive oil (or melted butter- I prefer butter)

2 garlic cloves, finely minced

2 tbsp minced fresh basil

1/2 tsp seasoning salt 

1-2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

1 cup blue cheese dressing

Directions

  1.  Pre heat the oven to 425F.
  2. In a large glass bowl, mix rosemary, oregano, salt and cumin.
  3. Add the chicken wings to this bowl and see it to it that the dry mixture coats the chicken evenly.
  4. Lay the seasoned chicken wings on a baking sheet and bake them for about 20-25 minutes.
  5. Whilst that is on, mix oil, basil, parmesan cheese, garlic and the seasoning salt in a separate bowl to attain a sauce like consistency.
  6. Once the chicken has been cooked toss the chicken in the above prepared sauce and bake again for about 3-5 minutes.
  7. Be ready for crunchy bites for a dinner meal now!

For The Dip

  1. In another bowl, finely blend together the blue cheese dressing and mustard.
  2. Pour the dip in a small bowl.
