On my first DIY Saturday – Before and After Rooms, I showed you resources to help you tackle your home projects. I found this article on Southern Living – Our 20 Best Before and After’s. I love looking at how home’s can be transformed from the outdated, run-down and simple to the extravagant, and simply functional. Take a look at some of these great examples.
Look how this homeowners garden was the inspiration to this great Before & After.

Before porch and simple gable roof

Yes, it’s the same porch! Wow!
Look at this bathroom that was stuck in the 1960’s.

The pink tile and the blue floral paper.. time to go!

New beaded board, sink, and fresh paint colors make this bathroom fresh and light.
Breakfast nook’s are wonderful because they take a part of your kitchen and make it a cozy place to eat. This Before picture.. not so cozy.

Outdated colors, and not inviting.

The neutral colors, window seats, and decor make this a perfect nook!
