Are you in the midst of planning your holiday meal? Whether you are getting ready for Thanksgiving, Christmas, Hanukkah or just enjoying the family, these Cajun seasoned potatoes are the perfect accompaniment.
Thanksgiving Cajun Seasoned Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 3 pounds of Smallish Golden Potatoes
- 1 pinch of Kosher Salt, to taste
- 1 ½ tablespoons of Cajun Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons of Flat Leaf Parsley, chopped

Directions
- Preheat an aluminum sheet pan in your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Take out your potatoes and slice them in diagonal halves then place them into a large bowl. With the olive oil, drizzle enough coating on your potatoes that each one is fully covered.
- Then sprinkle, with a tablespoon and a half, Cajun seasoning. Toss and spread out the potatoes out onto the hot sheet pan.
- Then place the sheet back into the oven for 60 min, being sure to give the potatoes a toss for every 20 min.
- Then remove the sheet and sprinkle a little kosher salt and let them slightly cool. Finally, toss the potatoes with the chopped parsley and serve.
