Start your Cinco de Mayo off with the delicious huevos rancheros recipe.  Huevos rancheros are almost like breakfast tacos.  You take some of the common breakfast ingredients like eggs and give it a Mexican-style twist.  You can spice them up as much as you like by adding in more peppers or add in some subtle favors with black beans, avocados and tomatoes.  The choices and possibilities are completely up to you and your gang.
