These gadgets have been taken for granted as we rely on them more and more with every passing day.

We should remember that these are machines and are bound to breakdown unexpectedly. We tend to feel crippled without technology to assist us. We are clueless about the reasons that lead to the malfunctioning or broken machine. Only a professional technician can sort out the problems and repair the gadgets around us. With expert help we can fix the appliances. But there are others who choose another option to replace the original with newer and better machines.

• When you try repairing gadgets as a do-it-yourself project, keep check on the nuts and bolts. Screwing them back can get messy if you lose track. Safely use the screwdriver. You do not want to scratch the important parts of the machines.
• Replacing damaged parts will save you time and money rather than opting for temporary repairs.
• Power fluctuations can be a cause for breakdown of your appliances. You should ensure the fuse and circuits are working efficiently.
