Halloween Dessert: Worm Cupcake Recipe

Yields: 24 cupcakes
Ingredients
1 package chocolate cake mix (You can also use vanilla cake mix or any other flavor you may prefer)
3 cups chocolate cookies, crushed (Place the cookies in a large zip lock plastic bag, and use a rolling pin to crush the cookies into small pieces. Continue crushing until they are in fine crumbs. However, a few larger pieces are fine too).
1 package prepared chocolate frosting
1 package gummy worms

Procedure
- Prepare cake mix according to package instructions. Pour the batter into cupcake pans and bake as directed. Let them cool properly before frosting.
- Slowly spread chocolate icing on the cupcakes. Sprinkle cookie crumbs on the top of each cupcake.
- Cut gummi worms into half. On the end of the each worm, put icing and stick on the top of cupcakes. You can put as few or as many as will fit easily on each cupcake. Let icing set for 10-15 minutes and then serve.
