Bored of the same old dinners and need some inspiration? How about some Asian food tonight? Not only they are irresistibly satisfying, most of them are super quick and easy to cook. Today, we point you to a recipe of peanut butter noodles with an Asian twist. Creating simple and inviting meals can be easy and this one you can get to the kitchen table in less than 25 minutes.
Simple Asian-Inspired Peanut Butter Noodles

Total time: 25 minutes
Yields: 8 servings
Ingredients
8 ounces white, wheat noodles
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 and half tablespoons ginger root, fresh and grated
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoons peanut butter
2 minced garlic cloves
¼ cup chopped roasted peanuts
¼ cup scallions, chopped
2 teaspoons hot chili paste (optional)
Procedure
1. In a large pot, boil water and add noodles. Cook according to package instructions. Drain
2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan mix chicken broth, soy sauce, ginger, honey, peanut butter, garlic, and chili paste. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes or until peanut butter melts. Add noodles and toss with tongs to coat well.
3. Garnish with scallions and peanuts.
Sometimes cooking outside your comfort zone is easier than it looks. This easy dinner recipe is delicious as well as highly variable. A little crunch comes from chopped peanuts, which complements the soft noodles. You can also tweak the recipe with some cilantro, carrots, bean sprouts, sesame seeds or green beans.
