Valentine’s Day is the perfect time to unwind with that special someone or just take off the night and hang with your best friends. Now that we have food we need a drink to relax and set off the proper mood. Cosmos are a great cheer-joy and vibrant drink. Cosmos add kick and a taste of elegance to a function so I thought these might be proper for Valentine’s Day celebration. Below will be the recipes for a Cosmo for the adult and cozies for the children that way everyone is included.

Valentine’s Cosmopolitan Cocktail

Ingredients:

Serving for 1

½ oz vodka

½ oz triple sec (orange flavor liqueur)

½ oz Ocean Spray Cran-Lime Juice

Directions

1)    Shake all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice then pour into a glass with a salted rim and a lime slice on the side.

2)    For the cozie just skip the vodka and substitute it with ocean spray sparkling cranberry juice and substitute the triple sec with just a small amount of simply lemon for the triple sec. And do the same process for the mixture and presentation.
